Morgan Jones Recruitment Consultants is recruiting on behalf of a client for up to 8 Factory Operatives to join their busy manufacturing team on a specific project starting from 14th/15th September. Location: Margate, Kent. Hourly salary: £12.71.

Hours: Monday - Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-1pm. This is a temporary 12-week contract. This opportunity suits reliable, hardworking individuals seeking temporary work in a busy factory environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics is advantageous.
• Very good attention to detail.
• Ability to produce high-quality assemblies.
• Full training provided but reading technical drawings is advantageous.
• Willingness to learn new skills and follow instruction.

Responsibilities

• Supporting production activities within the main factory.
• Working as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
• Following production processes and instructions.
• Handling products and materials safely.
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment.
• Following company health and safety procedures.
• Supporting different areas of production when required.

Skills and Experience

• Experience of working within the electronics industry is an advantage
• Very good attention to detail
• Ability to produce high-quality assemblies
• Full training is provided but previous experience in moulding, running a machine and reading technical drawings is advantageous
• You must have a willingness to learn new skills and be able to follow instruction
