Production Operatives Wanted - Consistent Work & Weekly Pay

Location: Newhaven | Mon - Thu: 07: 00 - 16:00 | Fri: 07:00 - 13:00

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to support our client in Newhaven during a period of increased workload. You will play a key part in supporting the manufacturing workflow within a modern, busy engineering environment. This temporary role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical, hands‑on work and takes pride in producing high‑quality components. You will be working as part of a skilled production team, contributing to various stages of metal fabrication and assembly.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Packing units weighing 5kg to 15kg on an assembly line
• Maintaining a pace of at least 100 units per day
• Making up boxes and inner packaging components
• Supporting sub‑assembly tasks when not packing
• Assisting with basic mechanical assembly tasks (experience preferred)

(Please note: your role may not be limited to these tasks)

Requirements

• Previous experience in an assembly‑line or factory environment is desirable
