Job summary

CSS in Boston is recruiting Production Operatives for a frozen food manufacturing facility. You will work with Line Leaders and other staff to pack quality frozen products ready for supermarket shelves, while removing any foreign material and following all safety checks.

This is a heavy-duty role requiring the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and stacking. Rates of pay are £13.00 to £13.56 per hour, with overtime after 40 hours and Sundays/bank holidays paid at enhanced rates.

Qualifications

• Previous food production experience is desirable but not necessary to apply.

Hiring Production Operatives

We are recruiting Production Operatives for a frozen food manufacturing company located in Boston.

The candidate will be working with Line Leaders & other staff involved in the packing of quality frozen product to the point that it is supermarket ready. It will involve removing all Foreign Material (FM) such as wood, plastic, paper from the product and ensuring that all safety checks and procedures are followed. Previous food production experience is desirable but not necessary to apply.

It's a heavy duty role, candidate must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting, stacking.

Rates of Pay: £13.00 - £13.56. Overtime paid after 40h. Overtime rate is 1.5 x basic rate. Double pay on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Weekly pay. Paid 30 min break. PPE provided. Canteen. Parking on site. Location: 20 min walk from the city centre.

Shift pattern is Monday to Friday 8h, rotation: 6am - 2pm, 2pm -10pm, 10pm -6am. Shifts rotate on a weekly basis.
