Interaction Recruitment is seeking a Factory Operative for a busy Royston area manufacturing team. This genuine temp-to-perm opportunity suits reliable, hardworking candidates looking for a long-term position with potential to become permanent.

You will operate production machinery, follow schedules, perform quality checks, and maintain a clean, safe environment. Own transport is essential due to location, and hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm, with weekly pay at £13.00–£14.00 per hour.

• Previous factory, manufacturing or production experience.
• Reliable and punctual with good attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment.
• Work within a busy factory/production environment.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily targets.
• Carry out production and quality paperwork.
• Carrying out quality checks on products.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Follow health & safety, hygiene and quality procedures.
• Report machinery faults or production issues.
• Support other production team members as needed.
