Interaction Recruitment Group is recruiting Production Operatives for a busy manufacturing site in Buntingford (Hertfordshire). This temp-to-perm role starts immediately, with full-time hours Monday to Friday and on-the-job training provided.

Ideal candidates are reliable, punctual, and hardworking, able to follow instructions and work well in a team. No prior experience required, as full training will be given. Overtime is available based on business needs.

• Carrying out general production and manufacturing duties.
• Assisting with the production process and meeting daily targets.
• Packing and preparing finished products.
• Checking products for quality and reporting any issues.
• Following work instructions and health & safety procedures.
• Keeping the work area clean, tidy and organised.
• Working as part of a team in a busy production environment.
• Carrying out manual handling where required.
• Supporting other areas of production when needed.
