Pilgrim's Europe is recruiting Production Operatives to join our team at the Linton site. You will support production/operations to meet daily orders while ensuring health and safety, food safety and quality standards.

We offer fixed term employment until January 2027, with weekly pay, on-site parking and a range of staff benefits designed to reward reliability and teamwork. Shifts are 4 days rotating 06:00-17:30 (44 hours) or Mon-Fri 17:30-02:00, in a busy food production environment.

Qualifications

• Understanding of food processing.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with working in temperature controlled environments.

• Adhere to food safety and quality standards.
• Further processing and packing of products to meet orders including labeling.

Shift Patterns Available

• 4 days rotating 06:00 -17:30 (total 44 hours per week)
• Monday to Friday 17:30 -02:00

To support production/operations to meet daily orders ensuring all health and safety, food safety and quality requirements are met.
