Job&Talent is recruiting a Production Operative to work with a leading food manufacturing company in Linton. You will support day-to-day production activities to fulfil customer orders and maintain high health and safety and food safety standards.

Role includes packing, labeling, mixing and blending of fresh meat products. Must have own transport and be available for full-time, long-term assignment; 4 days on, 6 days off pattern, Monday to Saturday.

Job description

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative to work with a leading food manufacturing company in Linton. You will support day-to-day production activities to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently, working as part of a team to maintain high standards of health and safety, food safety, and product quality.

4 days on out of 6 (Monday to Saturday), Sunday off

Pay rates:

• 14.15 GBP hourly

Must-have requirements for Production Operative:

• Own transport is required due to the site's location.
• No formal qualifications are needed.
• Ability to process and pack products, including mixing, blending, packing, and labelling of fresh meat products.
• Availability to work full-time for a long-term assignment.

Desirable requirements for Production Operative:

• Familiarity with working in a temperature-controlled, food manufacturing environment.
• Team player with good communication skills.
