Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe at the Linton site near Cambridge is seeking Production Operatives to support daily orders while upholding health, safety and quality standards. The roles are fixed-term until January 2027 with 44 hours weekly on rotating shifts.

On-site facilities include free parking, subsidised canteen, staff days out and other benefits; you will process, pack and label fresh meat products to meet order requirements.

Qualifications

• Understanding of food processing and production methods.
• Familiarity with working in a temperature controlled environment.
• Previous experience of benefit.

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join our dynamic team at the Linton site and contribute to our success. If you have a keen eye for detail and a can-do attitude, this opportunity is for you!

Successful candidates will join us on fixed term basis until January 2027.

Shift Patterns Available

• 4 days rotating 06:00 -17:30 (total 44 hours per week)
• Monday to Friday 17:30 -02:00

Purpose Of The Role

To support production/operations to meet daily orders ensuring all health and safety, food safety and quality requirements are met.
