Job summary

Medik8 is launching a new production line and inviting applications for an entry-level Production Operative. The role supports manufacturing and packaging of skincare products, with emphasis on quality, accuracy, and teamwork.

Based on-site, Monday to Friday, 14:30-23:00, offering up to £27,000 per annum. You will contribute to batching, filling, capping, labelling, and quality checks as part of a busy production team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing or production preferred but not essential.
• Strong English and Maths skills.
• Excellent focus and attention to detail, with a commitment to quality.
• Organised, proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Guaranteeing all products are made to the very highest quality standards and as per product specification.
• Ensuring all processes including weight, volume, labelling, cartoning are done to the highest standard and never below specification.
• Operating various machines and production stations in line with procedures.
• Guaranteeing daily and periodic cleaning of the production facilities as required.
• Ensuring GMP and the highest cleanliness standards are maintained at all times.
• Ensuring the company’s Health & Safety policy is maintained at all times.

We have an exciting new opportunity to join our Production Team here at Medik8! Driven by Medik8’s continued growth, we are launching a new production line, creating an exciting entry-level opportunity for those looking to build a career in manufacturing. The purpose of the Production Operative role is to support the manufacturing and packaging of our award-winning skincare products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and consistency. This is a hands‑on and varied role, involving tasks such as batching, filling, capping, labelling, quality checking, and general production line support. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, be hands‑on, methodical, a real team worker who enjoys a fast‑paced work day.

This role will be site-based, Monday to Friday – 14:30-23:00

For this opportunity, we are offering up to £27,000 per annum.

In more detail your role will include:

• Guaranteeing all products are made to the very highest quality standards and as per product specification.
