Job Description:

We are a trusted recruitment agency seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join one of our valued clients in a fast-paced production environment. Whether you're looking for a packing role or ready to step up into a lead position, we have shifts to suit a variety of lifestyles.

Location: North Scarle

Own transport is essential, and a forklift licence or a willingness to obtain one is required.

Roles and Shifts:

• Current Shift: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm (while training)
• Future Shift: 4 on 4 off, 6am - 6pm (once trained)

Role Overview:

Responsibilities include ensuring cleanliness and hygiene of production areas, following health and safety standards.

Packing Operative:

• Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off - rotating days and nights (6am-6pm / 6pm-6am)
• Working as part of a fast-paced production team, handling and packing products efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.

Lead Packing Operative:

• Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off - rotating days and nights (6am-6pm / 6pm-6am)
• Supporting team members, ensuring productivity targets are met, and upholding safety and quality guidelines.

Process Operative (Mill/Extruder):

• Current Shift: Monday to Friday (standard 5-day pattern)
• Future Shift: Moving to 24/7 rotation with a 4-week notice

Product Transfer Operative:

• Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts - 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am
• Responsible for transferring products between departments, ensuring accuracy, speed, and compliance.
