Pertemps Bond is seeking Production Operatives for a busy Cheltenham factory. This role involves repetitive production tasks with emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will work on a fast-paced processing line and support the team to meet daily targets, reporting to supervisors in a clean, well-maintained environment. Pay starts at £12.81 per hour, rising to £13.41 per hour from 18:00, with a Monday–Friday pattern.

Production Operative Lates needed in Cheltenham, pay £12.81 per hour (£13.41 per hour from 18:00), shift pattern Monday to Friday 16:00 – 22:00 / 00:00 finish (depending on workload), contract: temp to perm.

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy and fast growing factory in Cheltenham. This role involves repetitive production tasks where attention to detail and consistency are key.

Pay & Hours:

• £12.81 per hour


• £13.41 per hour from 18:00


• Night shifts (16:00 start – 22:00 / 00:00 finish, depending on workload)


• Monday to Friday
