Pertemps is recruiting Production Operatives in Cheltenham for a late shift (16:00–00:00) Monday to Friday. The role involves hand-finishing and ironing garments and linen to a high standard, with quality checks prior to dispatch and accurate production records.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with full training provided, offering long-term career prospects and a supportive team environment. Starting as soon as possible, pay starts at £12.81 per hour, rising to £13.41 per hour from 18:00,

Pertemps is recruiting for Production Operatives to join a well established and growing business in Gloucester. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong attention to detail who are looking for a long-term position with the opportunity to secure a permanent role. This role involves hand-finishing and ironing garments and linen to a high standard, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality at all times.

Pay & Benefits:

Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Friday
• 16:00-00:00 (Evening/Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

• Hand ironing and finishing garments and linen individually
• Ensuring every item meets quality standards before dispatch
• Counting items accurately and maintaining production records
• Packing finished products ready for distribution
• Checking order numbers and customer details carefully
• Maintaining accuracy and consistency throughout the shift
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Keeping work areas clean and organised

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent attention to detail
