Job summary

People Solutions are recruiting for a Production Operative based in Wavertree, Liverpool. The role involves operating and maintaining production lines, following strict work instructions and quality checks, and supporting a dynamic manufacturing environment.

On-site training is provided, with opportunities for progression and a supportive team culture. Weekly shifts run with regular hours to suit production needs in a busy facility.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Production Operative or related manufacturing role.
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions.
• Willingness to work on site in Wavertree, Liverpool.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the operation and basic maintenance of production lines to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
• Reading, understanding and following detailed work instructions to maintain quality and consistency.
• Monitoring and inspecting products throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are met.
• Adjusting, calibrating and changing tooling on packaging or processing lines.
• Identifying and reporting production line issues and assisting with basic troubleshooting.
• Performing routine quality inspections and completing relevant documentation.
• Carrying out regular cleaning, lubrication and safety checks on machinery and equipment.
• Following all health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
