Rates of pay start at £12.71 per hour, increasing to £13.71 after 12 weeks. Shifts are Monday to Friday with rotating hours, supporting a busy manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Good level of English is required.
• Experience in a manufacturing or factory environment.
• Machine operating experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good numeracy skills are important.
• Flexibility and reliability are valued.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Weighing and mixing non-food ingredients.
• Following ingredient sheets accurately.
• Operating production machinery.
• Moving completed stock, which may involve heavy lifting.
• Carrying out general factory maintenance duties.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures.
