Job summary

People Solutions is recruiting for a Production Operative at our client site in Wavertree, Liverpool. This is a hands-on manufacturing role offering ongoing work, training and clear opportunities for progression.

You will operate and assist on production lines, follow instructions, perform quality checks and keep machines clean and safe. The role suits reliable team players with basic mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment is beneficial.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions accurately.
• Comfortable operating machinery and performing basic maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operation and basic maintenance of production lines.
• Read, understand and follow detailed work instructions to maintain quality.
• Monitor and inspect products to ensure quality standards.
• Adjust, calibrate and change tooling on lines where required.
• Identify and report line issues and assist with troubleshooting.
• Complete routine quality inspections and relevant documentation.
• Carry out cleaning, lubrication and safety checks on machinery.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures.
