Qualifications

• Experience as a Production Operative or related manufacturing role.

• Willingness to work on site in Wavertree, Liverpool.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the operation and basic maintenance of production lines to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
• Reading, understanding and following detailed work instructions to maintain quality and consistency.
• Monitoring and inspecting products throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are met.
• Adjusting, calibrating and changing tooling on packaging or processing lines.
• Identifying and reporting production line issues and assisting with basic troubleshooting.
• Performing routine quality inspections and completing relevant documentation.
• Carrying out regular cleaning, lubrication and safety checks on machinery and equipment.
• Following all health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

This role would suit candidates with experience as aProduction Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Factory Operative, Machine Operative, Assembly Operative or Production Technician.

Shifts

• Monday to Thursday: 07:45 - 17:00
• Friday: 08:00 - 12:30

Rates of Pay:£12.71 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties

As a Production Operative, your duties will include:

• Assisting with the operation and basic maintenance of production lines to ensure smooth and efficient processes

• Mechanical aptitude and confidence working with production machinery

Desirable Experience

• Previous experience working as a Production Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Factory Operative, Machine Operative or Assembly Operative
• Experience working within a manufacturing or production environment
• Availability to start work as soon as possible
