Future Products Ltd in Mansfield is seeking a Production Operative to join our glass manufacturing team. You will contribute to the manufacture of double glazed units and support fast-paced production processes on a busy shop floor.

Ideal candidates are reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team; training is provided for the right person, with opportunities for development and on-site parking.

Production Operative - Glass Manufacturing

We are recruiting for Production Operative - Glass Manufacturing

Location: Mansfield NG19 7JX
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

About the role:

We are looking for hardworking and reliable Production Operatives to join our busy glass manufacturing team. Experience within the glass industry is preferred; however, full training will be provided for the right candidate. This role will involve the manufacture of high-quality double glazed units and the safe handling of glass products within a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Manufacturing double glazed sealed units
• Handling and processing glass safely and efficiently
• Operating production machinery and equipment
• Assembling components to required specifications
• Conducting quality checks throughout the manufacturing process
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following company health and safety procedures at all times
• Assisting with loading, unloading, and movement of materials
• Meeting production targets and deadlines
• Supporting other departments as required
