Job summary

Cornwall Staff Agency Ltd is recruiting a production operative for a leading glass and glazing business in Plymouth. The role involves operating machinery, cutting and assembling glass to spec, and ensuring quality standards are met.

You will work a days shift from 06:45 to 16:00, with weekly pay and potential permanent placement after 12 weeks. Candidates should have their own transport or be able to reach site by foot, wear safety boots, and show a proactive, reliable approach.

Qualifications

• Must be able to drive or have access to transport, or be able to get to site on foot.
• Must wear safety boots and work attire.
• Must have a hands-on approach and willingness to learn.
• Must be punctual and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment involved in the glass manufacturing process.

Our client one of the UK's leading independent glass and glazing businesses with over 45 years of experience are seeking a production operative to join their days team, based in Plymouth, Devon.

What we offer:

• £13 per hour
• Monday - Friday - 06:45am -16:00pm
• Temp - Perm after 12 consecutive weeks
• Holiday pay accrued
• Weekly pay

The role:
