Job summary

Noble Foods Home of the Happy Egg Co. is seeking a Production Operative to join the Packing Centre. You will work in a fast-moving factory environment following GMP and site procedures, with full training provided.

Team-based role requiring flexibility on shifts; overtime may apply and benefits are offered. You will support production by handling denesting, loading and labelling tasks to maintain smooth output.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Inspect materials and remove items not meeting standards.
• Denester and load packaging into production flow.
• Process semi-processed units into outer case receptacles; load and label finished goods.
• Maintain GMP and safety standards; promote a safe working environment.
• Report discrepancies to leadership and escalate when needed.
• Assist with startup, changeovers and postproduction activities.
• Communicate with stakeholder departments to ensure adequate materials.
