Job summary

Gap Personnel Limited is recruiting for a Production Operative in Cheltenham. This temporary ongoing role offers a 36-hour week, Mon-Thu, 08:00-17:30, with no weekends. You will pack delicate cosmetics products and operate line equipment as required, reporting faults to maintenance and supporting a fast-paced production team.

No prior experience is necessary; however, a proactive, detail-focused, and flexible attitude is essential to thrive in this environment.

Job Role: Production Operative

Location: Cheltenham (GL5)

Pay: £12.80

Shifts: Monday to Thursday, no weekend

Mon-Thu, 08:00-17:30 (36 hours per week)

Key duties:

• Packing of delicate products
• Dexterous work so having an eye for detail is key
• Use of machinery (if required)
• Operating production line equipment
• Assemble goods on the production line
• Report equipment faults to maintenance staff

Working hours:

No experience is necessary; however, you will be forward thinking, have a "can do" attitude, and have a keen eye for detail; coupled with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible and willing to work shifts.
