Manpower UK is hiring a Production Operative for a days shift in Leicestershire. This temporary role offers 42.5 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:00 with a 30-minute unpaid break. Pay is £14.49–£21.74 per hour with overtime at the higher rate.

Based in Stoney Stanton (LE9 4JJ), duties include manual handling in a manufacturing setting. Applicants need a full driving licence and prior experience in production, construction or similar work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver targets set by production leadership at the start of the shift.
• Safely operate processes to meet production targets.
• Rotate on Cylinder filling, maintenance and inspection activities as required.
• Load and unload cylinder vehicles as required.
• Perform Cylinder re-qualification activities as requested.
• Ensure client standards are adhered to during filling processes.
• Maintain yard cleanliness.
• Read and follow instructions from site leaders.
• Work as part of a team or independently.
• DBS check for successful candidates.
