Job summary

Manpower UK is seeking a Production Operative for a PM shift in Leicestershire. The role involves manual handling and moving gas cylinders up to 47 kg, largely outdoors in all weather, with a 42.5 hour week from Monday to Friday, 16:00 to 01:00. A full driving licence and production or labouring experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence is required.
• Experience in production, manufacture, construction or labouring is beneficial.
• Manual handling and moving gas cylinders up to 47 kg are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver targets set by production leadership at the start of the shift.
• Safely operate processes to meet production targets.
• Rotate on cylinder filling, maintenance and inspection activities as required by production leadership.
• Load and unload cylinder vehicles as required.
• Perform any cylinder re-qualification activities as requested.
• Ensure client standards are adhered to during the filling process.
