Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Full-time, 48 hours, 4 Days On / 4 Days Off – 6am – 6pm

Salary Range: From £24,781.12 To £32,043.83

No prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided. Previous factory, manufacturing, or warehouse experience is a plus.

Working Environment & Benefits

Our factory maintains an average temperature of around 5°C to keep salad leaves fresh. We provide PPE to keep you warm, free hot drinks, and a canteen for breaks. For those without personal transport, we offer a Vitabus Service supporting employees in the Andover area.

Available Positions

• Factory Operative: £24,781.12 annually. Responsible for feeding raw materials, crates, pack lines, bowls, and finished goods, and supporting production targets.
• Service Operative: £26,434.59 annually. Manages stock, maintains traceability, and controls raw material movement.
• Intake Operative: £29,029.91 annually. Handles vehicle loading/unloading, ensures health & safety standards, books raw materials, and prepares customer orders.
• Machine Operative: £32,043.83 annually. Ensures machinery runs safely and efficiently, maintains cleanliness, adheres to specifications, minimizes waste, and performs basic mechanical duties.

Application Process & Selection

Applicants will undergo an assessment including an interview, team activities, and an ESOL test. A factory tour will be provided to showcase our facilities. Based on skills and experience, candidates will be placed in roles that suit their capabilities, with opportunities for development.
