Fantastic opportunities to join our busy Production team at our Sefter site.

No experience? No Problem, all training provided.

We are looking for reliable individuals, capable of working effectively and efficiently in a busy, team driven environment. Working across various departments, duties and responsibilities will reflect appropriate experience levels.

Our Operators are a key attribute to our business, underpinning the successful, day to day production operations. We provide a supportive and diverse environment in which people can develop their skills and capabilities. We are truly passionate about what we do and how we do it. We know all about rolling our sleeves up and getting our hands dirty.

From working on the production lines, sorting & grading products for quality to setting up and monitoring production machinery and equipment, operatives will be fully trained in all aspects of the production process. Our thorough induction program will provide full training on everything you need to know about working in a food processing/manufacturing environment, including Food Safety Level 2, Allergen Control, Manual Handling and COSHH.

Day Shift Full time, permanent positions. 12 hour shifts - 4 days on 4 days off

Applications are invited from enthusiastic and reliable individuals looking to play a significant role in our production process. Joining a great proactive team, candidates will assist with all steps in the production process, with duties including, but not restricted to:

Operators

  • Working on the production lines
  • Wrapping and packaging
  • Sorting and grading for quality standard
  • Preparing various products for packaging and dispatch

Skilled Operators

  • Operation and monitoring of production line machinery
  • Packaging
  • Recording accurate production records
  • Short interval control
  • Operator supervision where applicable

You will be working in a fast-moving, fresh produce production environment and in temperature-controlled conditions - usual temperatures are around 3℃ - 5℃. Long periods of standing and some heavy lifting can be expected.
