Newly Weds Foods Limited in Banbury is seeking a Production Operative to produce Blended, Baked Breadcrumb and Rusk products in line with the Master Production Schedule, following Food Safety, Health and Safety and HR policies.
You will report issues to the Area Shift Manager and work across a range of manufacturing tasks from baking and blending to packing. The role requires adherence to HACCP and company standards, with a focus on quality and efficiency.

To produce Blended, Baked Breadcrumb and Rusk products in line with the Master Production Schedule adhering to all Food safety, Health and safety and Human Resource company policies and procedures at all times.
Report any issues observed relating to Quality, Safety, Sanitation, Machinery or Throughput to the Area Shift Manager.

Packing and stacking of baked or Blended Products
Manufacture and pack product in line with work instructions ensuring target dates and Manufacturing targets are met, adhering to Corporate Manufacturing Standards
To minimise waste of products
To understand the critical control points identified through HACCP and ensure that they are in operation at all times

Ensure product is manufactured to the required specification and that product packaging and labelling is correct, adhering to Corporate Quality Standards and ensuring that a high level of quality is maintained through all production processes
Ensure all relevant paperwork is completed correctly and in a timely manner
To assist in the review and update (where necessary) of all work instructions and procedures when require.
Ensure that the work area is clean at all times, adhering to Corporate Sanitation Standards and ensuring that the department is operating to the highest standards of hygiene
Health & Safety
Ensure that all tasks are conducted safely, adhering to NWF Health & Safety Regulations workingin accordance with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and to follow all company procedures. Report any Near Miss or Accidents to a your Area shift Manager
Perform additional duties as commensurate with role.
Basic food hygiene qualification (desirable)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and to be numerate
