Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Operate container filling and labelling machinery safely and efficiently to produce high-quality products.
2. Report and correct safety issues; maintain proper safety conditions of equipment and surroundings.
3. Perform quality inspections on materials and finished products, including checks on codes, seals, and weights.
4. Ensure proper and accurate product, package, and code changes.
5. Perform all filling and labelling operator CIP duties and surface foaming with mechanical cleaning according to schedules.
6. Perform simple preventative maintenance such as cleaning, inspecting, lubricating, and tightening equipment.
7. Monitor equipment and process performance, and address issues proactively.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills with the ability to understand instructions.
• Previous experience in an FMCG or related industry.
• Food hygiene certificate.
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent (desirable).
• Experience with SAP process order management and automated data collection systems like SCADA, OEE, SPC.
