The role

They are seeking an experienced, motivated Machine Operator to join their team in the Clevedon/ Yatton area. This role has become available to support growing production demands. The successful candidate can expect a hands-on position operating machinery, with the opportunity to progress from a temporary position to permanent employment after 12 weeks.

• Operate machinery within a designated production zone, maintaining output targets with minimal interruptions.
• Set up, adjust, and shut down machines according to operational procedures.

• Pay rate: £13.98 per hour + 50p per hour attendence bonus
