Job summary

Abatec is recruiting a hands-on Machine Operator in the Clevedon/ Yatton area to support growing production demands in a precision-focused environment.

You will operate and set up machinery, keep work areas tidy, and adhere to hours: rotating 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm, Monday to Friday. After 12 weeks, there is a permanent opportunity with benefits including leave, discounts, and private medical insurance.

The role

They are seeking an experienced, motivated Machine Operator to join their team in the Clevedon/ Yatton area. This role has become available to support growing production demands. The successful candidate can expect a hands‑on position operating machinery, with the opportunity to progress from a temporary position to permanent employment after 12 weeks.
