Our client is looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Production Operatives. If you have a keen eye for detail, a commitment to quality, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

We have an exciting opportunity to join an up-and-coming cosmetic brand company based in Waterlooville, which brings a fresh perspective to the most loved beauty brands.

This is a long-term temporary role that will later offer a permanent opportunity for the right person! Our client is looking for a good character fit who is invested in the growth of the company and has the desire to engage in Production process and warehouse duties.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Contributing to all stages of the manufacturing process
• Cleaning the factory and the factory machines
• Working in a fast-paced environment to ensure targets are met regarding quality and efficiency.

The successful Production Operatives will:

• Ideally have previous experience of working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Be reliable with excellent attendance and work ethic.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times
• Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Salary: From GBP12.50 per hour

Shift Patterns:

Noon Shift: 12 pm 8 pm
