Every second, a truck full of clothing is either burned or buried in landfill. The fashion industry is currently the second largest polluter in the world and this creates major problems for our planet.

We’re on a mission to change that, and so we’ve created a circular supply chain that allows you to take waste material and make new products from it, again and again. We use technology to open this up to brands and businesses across the world so that we can move the needle on sustainable, positive change.

We’re growing, doubling in size year on year. We have some major plans for the future and we need the right people to join our journey to help brands end waste. To achieve this, we’re currently looking for Casual Production Operatives to join our fast-paced and friendly manufacturing team at our East Cowes site.

You'll be helping with

• Picking and printing products
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment and workspaces
• Packing and shipping orders

You’ll have

• A get-up-and-go can-do attitude
• The desire to learn

No experience necessary as day-to-day training is provided to enable you to carry out all processes within the factory.

You will soon become a key member of the team, involved in all areas that allow us to provide our customers with high-quality t-shirts.

This role offers the chance to join one of the most exciting companies on the Isle of Wight, printing and distributing sustainable products shipped across the globe, with the possibility of joining us on a permanent basis as roles become available.
