Job Title: Production Operative (Nights)
Location: East Cowes, Isle of Wight
Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary on-going
Salary: £13.51 per hour
Hours: 11pm-7am

About the Role

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Production Operatives to join our client based in East Cowes. This is a hands-on role in a busy production environment, ideal for someone who enjoys practical work and being part of a close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently


  • Assemble, inspect, and package products to quality standards


  • Maintain a clean and organised work area


  • Follow health & safety procedures at all times


  • Assist with general warehouse and production duties as required



What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role (preferred but not essential)


  • Good attention to detail and a positive attitude


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
