Job summary

Crem Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Production Operator to join a large, well-established company based in Waterbeach. Working Monday to Friday with rotating shifts (5:00am-1:00pm and 12:30pm-9:00pm), you will operate automated production machinery, label products, pick and pack, and work as part of a team to meet targets.

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operator to join a large and well-established company based in Waterbeach.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday - Rotating Shifts

• Week 1: 5:00am - 1:00pm
• Week 2: 12:30pm - 9:00pm

The Role

As a Production Operative, you will work as part of a busy production team. Your duties will include:

• Operating automated production machinery - full training provided
• Labelling products
• Picking and packing
• Working as part of a team to meet production targets
• Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment
• Following health and safety procedures
• Manual handling and heavy lifting

About You

Previous production experience is not essential, as full training will be provided.
