Prime-Appointments is recruiting Production Operatives for a busy manufacturing site in Maldon, Essex. Roles include operating machinery, loading materials, quality checks, packing and dispatch preparation, with full training provided and no prior experience required.

We offer shift options to fit your availability, including mornings and afternoons, plus weekly pay and holiday entitlement. This is ongoing temporary work in a fast-paced environment with full training provided.

Whether you're looking for regular full-time hours, part-time work, or occasional shifts, this is a great opportunity to secure ongoing temporary work within a fast-paced production environment. Full training is provided, so previous experience is not essential.

Shift Times

Monday to Friday

• 6:00am – 2:00pm
• 2:00pm – 10:00pm

The Role

As a Production Operative, your duties will include:

• Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading materials
• Working on a fast-paced production line
• Carrying out quality checks to maintain high standards
• Packing finished products ready for dispatch
• Palletising and wrapping goods
• Assisting with general warehouse and production duties as required
