Job summary

Hillarys Blinds Limited in Washington, UK is seeking Production Operatives to join our manufacturing team. You’ll help handcraft high-quality, made-to-measure blinds and curtains and work within a lively, supportive team. No prior experience needed, and training is provided.

We’re currently looking for Production Operatives to join our manufacturing team at our Washington site. You’ll become part of a lively, supportive, and dynamic team, helping to handcraft the high-quality, made‑to‑measure blinds and curtains that Hillarys is known for.

No previous experience? No problem.

What you’ll be doing

• Working as part of a skilled production team
• Manually creating high-quality bespoke blinds and curtains
• Following processes to ensure consistent product quality
• Maintaining a safe and organised working environment

What we’re looking for

Working hours

• Monday to Thursday – 05:45-16:00and 06:45-17:00
• Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week
• Plus a Christmas shutdown period
