Style Group in Needham Market is seeking a dedicated Sewing Machinist for a Monday–Friday 06:00–14:00 shift. You will operate industrial sewing machines to produce made-to-measure window blinds, ensuring exact specifications and quality standards.

Join a fast-paced production team with a focus on accuracy, safety, and teamwork. Prior sewing experience is preferred, and training is provided for the role within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

Global International Trading is a manufacturer of made-to-measure window blinds and a wholesaler of blind materials and components. Trading under the Style brand and based in Needham Market, near Ipswich, we are looking for hardworking, motivated, and energetic people to join our production team as a Sewing Machinist on Shift 1, working Monday to Friday (06:00 to 14:00).

Your Role

As a Sewing Machinist, you will be involved in the production and assembly of our made-to-measure window blinds, operating industrial sewing machines and ensuring products meet our high-quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating industrial sewing machines to manufacture window blinds and components.
• Following production specifications and quality standards.
• Inspecting finished products to ensure a high standard of workmanship.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Meeting daily production targets.
• Working effectively and communicating positively with colleagues across the production department.
