Job summary

Staffline Tywyn is hiring a Production Operative. You will be trained across a variety of tasks from weighing ingredients to palletising finished products and other operations. This is a full-time role with 4 on 4 off shifts, 6am–6pm or 6pm–6am.

No experience is required as full training is provided. You must be able to work safely, maintain high hygiene standards, and handle up to 25kg. Applicants need their own transport to Tywyn, with on-site parking available.

• Comfortable with heavy lifting up to 25kg.

Your Time at Work

As a Production Operative, you will be trained across a variety of tasks from weighing ingredients to palletising finished products and all operations in between.

You will be responsible for working safely, maintaining low levels of waste, and ensuring high quality standards at all times.

There will be some heavy lifting up to 25kg.

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker would be comfortable working within a team, able to follow instructions and have high personal hygiene standards.

No previous experience is necessary as full training is provided.

Rate of pay

The rate of pay is:

• Days £14.08 per hour
• Nights £16.26 per hour

Hours of work

This is a full-time role working 4 on 4 off, the hours of work are:

• 6am to 6pm
• 6pm to 6am
