Job summary

Epwin Group is seeking a manufacturing packer to join our shift team in Tamworth. The role involves packing finished product for transport, maintaining quality, and assisting with technical tasks on a continental rota (days and nights) every 4 weeks.

You'll monitor paperwork, replenish polyfilm, and help keep a clean, safe workplace while supporting production plans and team targets. The position is on-site with regular shift changes and teamwork at the core.

Responsibilities

• Packing and banding production as required by the manufacturing plan
• Monitoring quality – inspecting, measuring, and recording
• Changing / replenishing polyfilm as required
• Accurate completion of paperwork
• Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping
• Contributing effectively to your team
• Completing size changes
• Moving stillages through the tunnel
• Completing basic CIL tasks
• Assisting with run ups – removing waste.
• Any other tasks you have the time, ability, and it is safe to do.

Continental rota 0600 – 1800 days and nights which repeats on a 4-weekly basis
