Job summary

Epwin Group is seeking a packaging operativ e for a Continental rota 0600–1800 days and nights on a 4-weekly basis at our UK site. The role involves packing finished products for transport, assisting with on-shift technical roles and maintaining QA standards.

You will handle paperwork, monitor quality, replenish polyfilm, and support the team with additional duties as required. A strong commitment to safety and teamwork is essential.

Responsibilities

• Packing and banding production as required by the manufacturing plan
• Monitoring quality – inspecting, measuring, and recording
• Changing / replenishing polyfilm as required
• Accurate completion of paperwork
• Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping
• Contributing effectively to your team
• Completing size changes
• Moving stillages through the tunnel
• Completing basic CIL tasks
• Assisting with run ups – removing waste.
• Any other tasks you have the time, ability, and it is safe to do.
