Assembly Operatives are now required for a high end and rapidly expanding company based in Huthwaite. Working a day shift only, you will join a successful and ambitious team who have all worked their way up the ladder over the past few years of the site being open!
This is a day shift only with a permanent contract being given after a successful probation period.

Assembly Operatives – the job role
Assembly and rework of various electrical items (no heavy work)
Using hand tools such as drills and screwdrivers to assemble / remove parts from different items,
Packing finished orders ready for dispatch.
Quality checking items from start to finish.
Labelling items correctly.

Great team player is key as you'll be working in small teams!
Reliability is imperative as the work is team based.
Must want a long term role as significant training will be given.
Good hand-eye coordination as some items are smaller than others.
Dexterous approach and problem solving will be key in this role.
