Job summary

The Recruitment Group client is recruiting Production Operatives for a hands-on, manufacturing environment. You will assist with assembly, finishing, inspection, and preparation of moulded components, working to high quality standards.

Ideal candidates have a practical approach, good attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued; a qualification in engineering or similar is beneficial but not essential.

Qualifications

• A practical, hands-on approach with good mechanical aptitude.
• Previous experience with hand or power tools is advantageous.
• Manufacturing, assembly or workshop experience desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and good work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out cutting, grinding and finishing processes.
