Job summary

ABP Langport is seeking Production Operatives to join the Boning Hall team in a permanent, on-site role. You will help package and process products to ABP and customer specifications while upholding the highest food safety and hygiene standards.

You will work as part of a team, meet production targets, and contribute to continuous improvement. Training is provided, and there are extensive on-site benefits and a supportive working environment.

Location: ABP Langport

Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 6.00pm, Rolling Rest Day: One weekday off, rotating Monday through Friday. In addition, Production Operatives benefit from an extended four-day weekend every five weeks, supporting a positive work-life balance.

About the Role

As a Production Operative, you will play an important role in ensuring products are packaged and processed to both ABP and customer specifications. You will work as part of a team to meet production targets while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and hygiene.
