We offer long-term permanent employment, full training, and a rolling four-day weekend every five weeks. Transport may be required due to our rural location.

The Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Butcher to join our busy Boning Hall Team. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced production environment, where you'll play an important part in delivering quality products to customer specifications.

• Cutting, trimming and preparing meat to specification
• Using knives and production equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety
• Inspecting products for quality and reporting any issues
• Working as part of a team to meet production targets and customer requirements

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent teamwork skills and a flexible approach to work
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Previous butchery or meat-processing experience is advantageous

Full training will be provided, so a positive attitude and willingness to learn are more important than experience.

Schedule:

Day Shift Schedule

• Shift Hours: 06:00 – finish
• Rolling Rest Day: One weekday off, rotating Monday through Friday

Example Rotation:

• Week 1: Monday – Rest Day
• Week 2: Tuesday – Rest Day
• Week 4: Thursday – Rest Day
• Week 5: Friday – Rest Day
