Job summary

Manpower UK is recruiting for a Production Operative in Rugby (CV21 1HA) to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This temporary role will help ensure production runs safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.

You will work 4 on 4 off, 19:00–07:00, with weekly pay and benefits such as 28 days holiday pro rata, discounts through Manpower Rewards and access to the MyPath upskilling programme. Strong punctuality and reliability are essential.
