Job summary

ProviT LTD in Rugby is hiring a Production Operative for a wooden crates mill. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:00 (may change to 06:00–14:30 soon). You will work with hand and power tools, measuring tapes, and machinery, performing cutting and assembly to meet production targets.

This is a manual, standing role in a factory environment. The position offers £13.41 per hour, 40 hours per week, with weekly pay via ProviT Recruitment and a pathway to permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Experience using hand tools and measuring devices.
• Ability to work with power tools is beneficial.
• Ability to read basic diagrams and follow production targets.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and assist in cutting and measuring to production diagrams.
• Follow production targets in a standing, manual role.
• Work in a wood mill producing wooden crates.

We are looking for a production operative who is confident with hand tools, power tools and tape measure for a wood mill.

This is an active, manual, standing role working in a factory that produce wooden crates.

You will be working with machinery, cutting, measuring, following basic diagrams and working with production targets.
