Job summary

Proactive Global is recruiting Production Operatives for our Buckingham-based client. The role involves operating and maintaining production equipment to keep manufacturing processes safe and efficient, with a focus on attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.

Experience with hand and power tools is essential, ideally from a warehouse or industrial setting. Shifts are Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:30, with pay between £12.71 and £14.24 per hour.

We are recruiting currently for Production Operatives for our busy client based in Buckingham.

This role involves operating and maintaining production equipment to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong mechanical aptitude, and experience working within a warehouse or industrial environment.

Candidates MUST have experience working with hand tools and comfortable operating power tools.

Hours: Monday - Friday: 8am - 4:30

Pay: £12.71 - £14.24 per hour
