Job description

Position Details:

Hours of Work: 39 hours per week on shifts (6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm), alternating weekly.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and manage data input onto the system.
2. Utilise production fixtures for manufacturing.
3. Use inspection fixtures and gauges to ensure product quality standards.
4. Demonstrate competency in visual inspection methods.
5. Follow and refer to Quality procedures.
6. Read and interpret drawings for manufacturing processes.
7. Maintain strategic consumable products within the work area.
8. Participate in regular meetings to discuss quality issues.
9. Report issues affecting production.
10. Implement workload allocations from the line manager.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Ability to refer to Quality procedures as needed.
2. Experience in machining and fabrication.
3. Ability to read technical drawings.
4. Familiarity with NCR processes.

Security Clearance: BPSS clearance required.
