Job description

We are currently looking for a Production Operative to join our Production Team on a permanent basis. The position is based at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Tamworth, working Monday to Friday, 09:30 - 18:00. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's continued growth.

Working as part of a team to ensure the safe and efficient manufacture of materials to specifications, both manually and using automation/machinery, to meet business and customer needs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manufacturing products on a Right First Time basis following procedures and health and safety requirements

What You Will Need

  • Previous experience as a Production Operative in a busy facility, with experience of using automated machinery and working across multiple lines
  • Ability to plan, organize, and anticipate demands related to work tasks, materials, and packaging to optimize production and efficiency
  • Ability to demonstrate Right First Time and 5S methodologies to support continuous improvement
