Job summary

Sammons Recruitment Ltd. is seeking experienced Production Operatives for a client in Rye. The role offers a temporary to permanent opportunity with training provided and a favorable team environment in a fast-paced production setting.

Afternoon/late shifts with some training period flexibility. You will operate production equipment, assemble, pack and perform quality checks while maintaining a safe workspace and supporting daily targets.

Qualifications

• Previous production experience is preferred.
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own transport is essential.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility on availability to support the initial training period before moving onto afternoon shifts.
