Job summary

Assist Resourcing is recruiting Production Operatives in Leigh to join a busy warehouse operation supplying customised colour and additive masterbatch solutions. You will weigh and blend raw materials, and operate a Counterbalance FLT to move stock, with heavy lifting up to 25 kg.

Ideal candidates will have at least 12 months’ production experience, possess a Counterbalance ticket, and be numerate to complete a short numeracy test at interview.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months' experience in a production environment.
• Counterbalance FLT ticket preferred.
• Ability to pass a numeracy test at interview.

Responsibilities

• Weighing and blending materials according to recipe sheets.
• Using a Counterbalance FLT to move stock around the warehouse.

Experience driving an FLT with Counterbalance is desirable for this role.

Working Hours:

Our client offers a variety of shifts, working Monday to Friday on rotating shifts (06:00 - 14:00, 14:00 - 22:00 and 22:00 - 06:00)

About you:

If you are a hard-working individual, who relishes a new challenge and has at least 12 months previous experience working in a Production environment, we would love to hear from you.

Ideally, you will have your Counterbalance ticket, and you must be numerate as you will be required to complete a numeracy test at your interview.

You will be a UK resident (we are unable to assist people with VISAs) and will be able to travel to and from the site at Leigh for your shift.
