Job summary

Pertemps North West and North Wales in Runcorn is seeking a Production/FLT Operative to support a manufacturing team.

You will manufacture products to high quality, operate production machines and FLTs safely, follow procedures and report any quality issues to the manager. Maintain tidy work areas and contribute to continuous improvement.

Working Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:00, this temporary ongoing role pays £13.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Valid, in date FLT Licence (Counterbalance is essential & Reach is preferable).
• Ability to follow processes.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture products to a high standard of quality.
• Follow production procedures and safety guidelines, prioritising strict Health and Safety.
• Check and report any quality issues or shortages to the relevant manager.
• Operate Production Machines and FLT's safely in accordance with company processes.
• Keep equipment and work areas clean, tidy and well maintained.
• Support continuous improvement within the production team.
• Complete relevant checks and records as required.
• Promote a strong health and safety culture within the team.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties as required by the Production Manager or Shift Manager.

Our client, a market leader within their field with over 100 years of experience, are currently seeking an experienced Production/FLT Operative to join their team based in Runcorn.

Duties of a Production/FLT Operative:
